Did you know that August is National Wellness Month? No I didn’t either, but it seems there’s a National day, week or month for most things nowadays so why not celebrate this as it is directly linked to what I do!
I was having a think about what to offer for this months treatment and remembered that whilst I was in Bali in January I bought a little stock of Bokashi Rub Oil - the Indonesian people use this as something to cure EVERYTHING! They even put a few drops in a glass of water if they have any stomach issues.
I went on a little trip to a place where they make it and saw where they grew all the different herbs and plants (over 200 of them!) that they put into it. It was a really interesting day out for me.
Whilst I was in Bali I was using it to repel mosquitoes, which helped a bit. And put it on the bites to help stop the itch - it was very good for this. And it smells AMAZING!
So, here’s what I’ve come up with for my August Treatment of the Month:
BOKASHI MASSAGE
• we will begin with a body brush all over the back of your body
• followed by a 45 minute back, neck and shoulder massage using the fabulous Bokashi Oil
• ending with a 10 minute scalp massage to ensure all tension has been released from your body
This 60 minute treatment is £55 and available throughout August and September.
