Cancellation/Amendment/No Show Policy

Updated: Oct 4

I’m not sure if you have scoured through every page on my website - haha, who am I kidding! No one has the time for that. So I thought I would send you the details of one of my most important pages - my terms and conditions.

Now I know it’s not gonna be the most riveting read but it is crucial that you know and understand my T’s and C’s when booking an appointment with me as I don’t want you to be surprised if I need to enforce my policies.

Just to be clear, the details of my policy have not changed, however, I felt it was necessary to communicate them more clearly to avoid any misunderstanding.

You can read the full terms and conditions on my website, but in summary, the main points are:

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT

Please note that I require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel, amend or reschedule your appointment.

If you do not provide a minimum of 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up (no show) for your appointment then you will be required to pay the full cost of your treatment booked.

NO SHOW

If you fail to turn up for your appointment then this is a ‘no show’ and you will be charged the full amount of your treatment booked.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment then this will be classed as a ‘no show’ - unless you have contacted me to let me know you are running late - and you will be charged for your appointment

INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES/BEHAVIOUR

I hate that I have to have a policy for this but there are people who send inappropriate messages/requests and this will not be tolerated.

If you send me anything that I deem as inappropriate then your appointment will be cancelled immediately. If the appointment is within 48 hours then you will be charged in full for your appointment. If you are in my treatment room/the salon and there is inappropriate behaviour/comments then your appointment will be cancelled immediately, you will be asked to leave the premises and you will be charged in full for your appointment time.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
